Highly exposed to the public realm only a stone’s throw from the most popular cafe strip in the area, an elegant timeless design with a modern façade reflecting the characteristic of the locality has been achieved fitting of it’s predecessor.

Coming of age, original owners having lived in this their family home from it’s inception will be demolishing the existing home and re-building as it no longer catered their needs. The design brief focused on solar passive design principles and the need for multi generational living for an ageing family.
