This bespoke project is scheduled to commence construction beginning of 2023 by local custom builder, Vicore Construction. With intentions to make the most of their irregularly shaped curving and elevated corner block the client’s design brief demanded a residence that has commanding street presence.

This versatile split level two storey residence has been designed to accomodate the needs of it’s young growing family. Ideally suited to luxury living this home will have huge wow factor from the very moment you walk up the Porch steps. Guests are to be greeted upon entry by a spacious & airy open two storey void, which effortlessly flows into the main entertaining hub of their abode. The hero of the home an open plan kitchen, living and dining area thoughtfully arranged to provide uninterrupted views and seamless integration with the alfresco area.

Considerate attention to detail the open living area uses clerestory windows to accentuate the soaring 45 course high raised ceiling that defines the entertainment area. These highlight windows have been positioned as to draw your gaze up to the stunning void and create sense of space, while flooding the area with an abundance of natural light. Furthermore, entertaining guests will be effortless with the ability to slide open stacking doors to the alfresco and outdoor bbq pool areas.
