A bespoke split level Residence designed for a lovely couple in Karrinyup with intention to make the most of their very generous sized 723m² site. Situated opposing the beautiful grounds of picturesque Lake Karrinyup Country Club, this professional couple provided a design brief asking for an oasis to escape from the working week with family entertaining a primary focus. Natural ground sloping from the rear of the block determined the need for split levels to the abode. This naturally provided a necessary division of the main entertaining hub from the masters quarters, yet another key requirement in their design brief.

Design considerations included an expansive kitchen and scullery, adaptable multi-purpose room and featured frame-less corner gas fireplace. All habitable rooms were required to have uninterrupted views to the outdoor living space & access to bath facilities from the alfresco pool. Effortless indoor/outdoor interaction was created with inclusions of column less stacking doors to the alfresco and pool ensuring entertaining of family & friends will be paramount. This project is set to be built by Trendsetter Homes here in Perth.
